HI! I'M ANDREA
I’m a woman who’s lived a full, messy, beautiful life — one that finally makes sense through the lens of ADHD.
I’m an ADHD mom of three spectacular, almost-grown kids (20, 18, and 16). They’re the light of my life, my biggest teachers, and, let’s be honest, sometimes my greatest challenges. I’m also celebrating 23 years of partnership with my husband — which has required a lot of humor, reinvention, and real talk about what love looks like over time.
For years, I thought I was just “too much” and “not enough” all at once — too emotional, too distracted, too driven, too tired. Then, like so many women in midlife, I finally learned the truth: I have ADHD.
That diagnosis at 48 didn’t just explain my brain — it gave me permission to stop apologizing for it.
Before coaching, I spent decades teaching elementary and middle school students, earning degrees from Stanford, UCSD, and the University of San Diego, plus certifications from The Life Coach School and the International ADHD Coach Training Center (iACT), where I’m completing my Associate Coach Credential (ACC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). But what I’ve learned outside the classroom has been even more powerful: self-compassion is the beginning of every transformation.
Now, I help midlife women with ADHD let go of shame, understand their patterns, and build lives that feel aligned, joyful, and possible. Because you don’t need to “fix” yourself — you just need to know yourself.
When I’m not coaching, mom-ing, or recording my podcast, I’m probably traveling, reading, or watching a romantic comedy with my cats while pretending I can knit.
Life may be scattered — but it’s also spectacular.
Who I'm For
Â
I work with bright, capable women — many in their 40s, 50s, and 60s — who’ve spent years wondering why “trying harder” never seems to work.
Some have a formal ADHD diagnosis, others just know that focus, follow-through, and organization feel harder than they should. Most have spent a lifetime juggling too much, masking their overwhelm, and wondering why it all feels heavier than it looks.
They’re smart, creative, and full of ideas — yet constantly battling self-doubt and shame. They want more ease in their relationships, more joy in their work, and a way to stop beating themselves up for being human.
I help them understand their brains, release old stories about “laziness” or “inconsistency,” and start building a life that actually fits who they are.
